Tamaki introduces a new line of "Clean Label" sauces.

Tamaki has launched a new line of professional sauces called "Clean Label" (or "Clean Composition"), featuring no added preservatives or flavor enhancers.
The line includes four flavors: Kimchi, Sweet Chili, Teriyaki, and Poke. These familiar sauces have been reformulated with a focus on transparent composition and recognizable ingredients.
What does "Clean Label" mean?
The key feature of the new Tamaki line is the absence of added preservatives and flavor enhancers.
We developed this line for those who care not only about the final result of a dish but also about the ingredients used to prepare it.
The "Clean Label" line complements rather than replaces Tamaki’s core product range. Professional kitchens have diverse needs, so we want to give chefs the opportunity to choose the right product based on their menu, recipes, and specific operational requirements.
Which sauces are included in the line?
Kimchi
A bold, spicy, and piquant sauce with notes of garlic. Suitable for rolls, soups, hot dishes, and appetizers, as well as for marinating meat, poultry, and vegetables.
Sweet Chili
A distinctive blend of sweet and spicy flavors with notes of chili pepper and garlic. Pairs well with chicken, shrimp, and vegetables; suitable for noodles, salads, and hot appetizers.
Teriyaki
A rich, sweet-and-salty flavor profile featuring ginger and garlic. This sauce can be used for marinating and glazing meat, poultry, fish, and vegetables, or added to finished dishes.
Poke
A soy sauce-based dressing with sesame oil and citrus notes. Ideal for poke, grain bowls, fish, seafood, vegetables, and salads. More options for diverse concepts
For one establishment, kitchen speed is paramount; for another, the quality of ingredients; for a third, the versatility of using a single sauce across multiple dishes. That is why this new line expands the Tamaki product range.
Kimchi adds a signature spicy kick; Sweet Chili offers a balance of sweet and spicy notes; Teriyaki is ideal for marinating and glazing; and Poke serves as a ready-to-use base for bowls, salads, and seafood dishes.
Four flavors, various applications, and one guiding principle: nothing superfluous where it isn't needed.
