TAMAKI employee tours of the production and warehouse: an inside look at the company

Since this year, our company has organized periodic excursions for employees. Their goal is to form an idea of the production process, demonstrate the capabilities of their own production and increase the importance of the work of the employees of the production unit.
That is why the route and the content of the tour are arranged in such a way as to show as fully as possible the entire production cycle of creating our products.
First, employees visit the laboratory of the Quality Department. Here, the specialists of the division tell how the examination of each cooking order, each blend and packaging, as well as the input control of raw materials is carried out. Thus, the tour participants immerse themselves in the intricacies of operational and input control.
Next, the route takes you through the production areas of the "Sauces" and "Vinegar" workshops. The tour participants get acquainted with:
· the brewing processes;
· the operation of the packaging lines;
· the bottle-blowing area;
· the bulk storage area;
· the transfer of finished products to the production warehouse
