Welcome training — "Welcome to the company!"

The process of finding a new job and the first steps in the company is stressful for many employees, which is why we are developing a personnel adaptation system inside Tamaki Group. One of the elements of this system is the presentation and immersion training "Welcome".

Many companies hold similar meetings, but we tried to make it interactive and dynamic: an informal setting, a large screen for viewing a colorful and visual presentation about the company, information blocks (about the company's history, structure, goals, about the company's products, corporate culture and rules, about our projects and achievements, about the main corporate resources, and others) diluted with exercises, games and quizzes. Thanks to this symbiosis, Welcome training is always easy and energizes the participants.

At the end of the training, all participants receive compliments from the company – a set of Tamaki branded sauces and our corporate souvenirs!

Such an effective form of immersion will continue to be conducted at Tamaki! This contributes to the successful adaptation of new employees, as well as inspires them to work in the company!
