The launch of the League of Professionals project

Every company has its own heroes — people who, with their hard work and attitude, set the bar high for the entire team. In July, we summed up the interim results of the half—year at our sites and launched a new corporate project, the League of Professionals.

 The goal of the project is to support and recognize the best employees. Twice a year, department heads present their candidates to the motivation committee. After reviewing the achievements and contributions to the development of the company, the League of Professionals includes those who not only show consistently high results, but also show initiative, responsibility, willingness to take on more and share corporate values.

The first to join it were representatives of the production department, logistics, human resources, marketing, sales and office management departments. These are those who inspire colleagues by their example and create a culture of high engagement.

 The League of Professionals is not just a title. This is a quality mark that confirms that you can reach new heights with Tamaki.
