It's not just about Echpochmak: "Global Tasting" in Kazan!

A gastronomic intensive for the sales team and heads of sales departments of the republic's distributors was held in Tatarstan. Our team went to Kazan to introduce the participants to Tamaki products, tell them about their features, and show them how they can be used in various dishes. The participants enjoyed tastings, practical sessions, and discussions about work cases. Together with the brand chef, they analyzed the product range in detail, learned how to handle customer questions and objections, and prepared dishes using Tamaki products. One of the most memorable moments was the demonstration of nori sheets. Using the example of making several types of rolls, the brand chef showed how Tamaki nori behaves in the workplace. During the tasting, the participants were able to evaluate the results and discuss how to answer customers' questions about the properties of the products.
