Easter with a Taste of Tradition and a Touch of Tamaki

On April 9th, the traditional "Easter Spring" themed table design competition and exhibition was held at Tsaritsyno College. Our company partnered with this joyful event, which combined Orthodox traditions with the training of future chefs.
This year, the competition was themed "Red Easter." Students majoring in Chef and Pastry were tasked with developing a festive table concept where color, symbolism, and flavor blend harmoniously.
The participants' tables featured traditional elements: Easter cakes, curd paska, and pysanky eggs with a modern European twist. The jury assessed not only the presentation but also the conveyance of history through the dishes.
Our company presented branded gifts to the winners of the "Easter Spring" competition, thus expressing its support for talented chefs and the preservation of traditions.
The event was attended by distinguished guests and representatives of the Russian Orthodox Church, who highly praised the culinary skills of the college students.
