The first official Day of the Don Chief in Rostov-on-Don

On January 21, Rostov-on-Don hosted "Don Chef Day," which this year received the status of a regional holiday for the first time following the signing of a corresponding decree by the governor. Tamaki was a partner and active participant in the event. The event brought together the region's professional community and took place at Palladio Hall, where an exhibition, professional competitions, and a gala dinner for invited guests were held. 

During the exhibition, guests were able to learn about partner products and receive lottery tickets. At the "Don Chef" competition, dishes were prepared exclusively from local ingredients. Special attention was given to the "Inclusive Cuisine" project, which included a culinary competition for children.

 In the evening, a closed gala dinner was held for chefs, partners, and distinguished guests. The evening included award ceremonies and prize drawings. Tamaki's brand chef prepared signature appetizers especially for the event, and lottery winners received sets of the brand's products. We thank the organizers, guests, and all participants for their trust and the warm atmosphere. We were pleased to contribute to the first "Donskoy Chef's Day" and are confident that this celebration will continue to grow and attract more industry professionals each year.
