Tamaki at the “ROSTKI” forum: new benchmarks for the Chinese market
From August 16 to 19, the Tamaki team took part in the “ROSTKI: Russia and China – mutually beneficial cooperation” forum in Kazan. For the company, this was an opportunity not only to present its products but also to see the lively reaction of the Chinese audience to Russian‑made sauces.
Guests actively participated in tastings and were interested in the composition of the products, the origin of the ingredients, and packaging options. The sauces “Sweet and Sour,” “Unagi,” and “Wasabi,” as well as spicy dishes, including “Kimchi,” aroused the greatest interest. This feedback helped to better understand what flavors might be of interest to Chinese consumers and what should be taken into account when preparing products for the Chinese market.
Business meetings became an important part of the forum. The Tamaki booth was visited by Marat Gotovich Akhmetov, Acting Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan. During the meeting, they discussed the development of Russian production and the origin of the ingredients.
