Tamaki in the Urals: A Large-Scale Tasting in Chelyabinsk

The PRODEXPO-2026 exhibition brought our company many new acquaintances and business contacts. Our team traveled to Chelyabinsk to conduct joint training and expand the flavor possibilities of our collaboration.
We were invited by Tavria, a major producer of sausages and semi-finished products in Chelyabinsk with a developed network in the Urals and Siberia, as well as its own retail project, Perekusochnaya.
It was in the Perekusochnaya format that we began developing our fast food business. With a wave of our brand chef's hand, lavash rolls with Tamaki cheese sauce and Tavria bacon appeared on the tables, along with hot dogs with juicy sausages and Burger with Cucumber sauce. Participants paid special attention to breading: sausages with extruded breadcrumbs offered a fresh take on familiar dishes.
We also demonstrated how Tamaki sauces shine in more complex dishes: we complemented the tasting with a coleslaw salad dressed with Garlic Ranch and treated the participants to rolls with Spicy sauce.
The meat industry representatives were particularly interested in working with hot dishes. For tropical-style pork ribs, we presented Black Pepper, Mango Chili, and Barbecue sauces. Their combination creates a balanced flavor and a distinctive caramelization.
The first meeting was productive. The partners are considering expanding their product range and have invited us to hold a similar tasting in Yekaterinburg.
