Certification in Tamaki
We want our employees to develop together with Tamaki. And for this, we have developed several unique HR tools within our company. One of them is a system for evaluating an employee's performance, which affects his salary level.
There is a three-tier category system for all positions in the company.
Every new employee is accepted into our junior category. Based on the results of work in the company for at least 8-9 months and subject to a number of additional conditions, for example, the fulfillment of set plans and performance indicators for the position, the absence of disciplinary penalties, an employee can apply for a change in category from junior to middle.
The process itself takes place through a system of assessment of knowledge and skills by position, expressed in the certification procedure.
The employee expresses his willingness, and the head submits an application for participation in the certification. The certification itself for specialists takes place in the form of questions and answers by position, leading specialists prepare small presentations on the main functionality, heads of departments and structural divisions prepare annual reports, and we have developed tests for line employees. Each employee prepares for the certification in advance. For managers, this is a great opportunity to conduct an in–depth analysis of the activities of departments, analyze figures and statistics, summarize work and plan future activities, and for employees, it is an opportunity to once again test their Hard skills. According to our statistics, 97% of employees successfully pass certification procedures every year.
Successful completion of the certification allows an employee to increase the amount of his motivational salary for the future period.
