A celebration of achievements

On February 13, an important corporate event took place in our company — Information Day. This is a traditional meeting of employees from different departments with the management, where we summed up the results of 2024 in all strategic areas and discussed the results of key projects. Here are some striking figures about our achievements: Major victories: – The Tamaki brand received the Brand of the Year award; – 12 medals for product quality and the Russian Record medal for creating a painting with the largest number of sauces. New items of the year: – 18 new items have been added to the Tamaki range, including 4 types of broth mixes, 2 types of breadcrumbs and 12 sauces that chefs immediately loved. On the move: – 8 large-scale tastings were conducted by brand chefs in Kemerovo, Syktyvkar, Ryazan and other cities. 50-80 chefs gathered at each event.; – Our experts have visited more than 20 cities with master classes. Exhibitions: – The team presented products at 16 exhibitions with tasting stands. Each of them brought new contacts and professional awards. Certification and training: – 43 units of production received the Halal certificate; – 19 distribution companies have completed face-to-face training; – 472 online trainings were conducted for partners. Managing Partner Andrey Belyanin announced a three-year development strategy, and CEO Andrey Grigoriev set new goals for all divisions for 2025. Information Day is not only about summing up the results, but also honoring the best. This year's awards received: – project team members; – the best mentors of the production department and the logistics department; – the winners of the 5C "Comply and Improve" system competition; – the authors of the most effective improvement proposals; – the employees who submitted the largest number of PPAs for the year and whose economic effects from the introduction of PPAs were the most significant for the company. The event was energetic and inspiring! The atmosphere energized all the participants, and the leader's motto "Movement is life" set a new impetus for development.
