The Talent Management project is one of the tools of the personnel reserve
In the first half of the year, the Talent Management project was implemented for middle managers and leading specialists of office departments. It was attended by colleagues from the accounting department, financial planning department, recruitment department, HR department, quality, IT, security service and other structures.
The project was implemented within the framework of the concept of forming a personnel reserve.
Within 3 months, the formed training team got acquainted with the basics of the management cycle and formed initial skills related to planning, goal setting, communication and conflict resolution.
Traditionally, the training sessions were held in an interactive form, were vivid and caused a great response from the project participants. Everyone was involved in the learning process, therefore, both practical tasks and cases were easily completed. And each training session had elements of team building. Smiles, kind words, mutual respect, gratitude and support – such an atmosphere prevailed at every meeting. The training turned out to be not only interesting, but also productive!
Talent Management is an additional motivator for its participants and contributes to the formation of the Tamaki team!
