Tamaki Group of Companies at the "Made in Russia" conference

At the end of December, the conference "Made in Russia" was held, which was organized by Komsomolskaya Pravda. The General Director of Tamaki Group Andrey Belyanin took part in it.
At the conference, Russian manufacturers and exporters talked about their work and shared the results they have achieved recently.
As part of his speech, Andrey Belyanin spoke about the Tamaki company, products that are produced for Japanese and pan-Asian cuisines. He paid special attention to a wide range of Tamaki sauces, which presents more than 30 flavors. Each of the sauces is unique in its own way, introduces customers to a bright palette of flavors from different countries of the world.
Andrey tells about the global tastings that the company conducts for chefs. And also about the fact that in 2022 the Tamaki Group made a digital transformation, created a community of Tamaki chefs, whose participants communicate with each other, discuss culinary trends, share experiences with each other.
The CEO shared the results achieved through participation in the productivity improvement program together with the Federal Competence Center. With the help of the program, the company has increased efficiency by 30%, and reduced inventory balances by 60%.
Andrey Belyanin noted that next year will be the year of retail for Tamaki. And every customer who buys Tamaki sauce will be able to make a gastronomic journey without leaving home.
