Tamaki’s "Global Tasting" Tour: Three Days in Ufa
The Tamaki team spent three days in Ufa meeting with regional partners, chefs, and restaurateurs. We conducted product tastings, showcased new items, and discussed the flavors and solutions currently resonating with restaurant industry professionals.
One session was dedicated to product training for managers from a long-standing partner. While we already collaborate with this company in Yekaterinburg, this was the first time we introduced the Tamaki product range in this format in Ufa. We paid special attention to spicy sauces; the "Black Pepper" sauce garnered the most positive feedback, with participants praising its rich flavor and balanced heat.
We also visited a local sushi restaurant chain that already uses Tamaki’s Unagi, Teriyaki, Kimchi, Spicy, and Lemongrass sauces. The chain had recently introduced pizza to its menu, so we brought along several new products to taste and discussed with their representatives which ones would best suit these new dishes. Such experiences allow us to view familiar products from a fresh perspective and discover applications for them beyond Pan-Asian cuisine.
Over the course of three days, we connected with representatives from various sectors of the restaurant industry, presented new products, and gathered insights from those who work with Tamaki products every day. This feedback helps us better understand our partners' needs and identify new opportunities for utilizing our sauces.
We thank all the participants for their interest and open dialogue. The Tamaki "Global Tasting" tour continues—there is still a long journey ahead.efficiently without complicating technological processes. In this context, ready-made sauces are evolving from mere ingredients into essential tools for the professional kitchen.
