We open the "Secrets of the boss" for students!

In November, employees of the Tamaki company and the V.M. Gorbatov Federal Research Center for Food Systems visited the First Moscow Educational Complex, held a culinary master class called "Secrets of the Chef".
Tamaki brand chef Ilya Zhdanov showed students different ways to decorate ready-made dishes, shared professional cooking secrets and life hacks. In addition, during the meeting, the brand chef told how the cost of dishes in establishments is formed, answered the questions asked.
At the master class Ilya Zhdanov prepared two dishes: a salad of baked beetroot with feta and pearls of Balsamic vinegar and Soy sauce and sushi balls, which are also called temari-zushi.


And Yulia Bogdanova, an engineer of the Department of Scientific, Applied and Technological Developments of the V.M. Gorbatov Federal Research Center for Food Systems, with whom we actively cooperate, gave a lecture to students on the topic "The role of proteins in nutrition and in the food industry".
