We support future chefs
The winter for the Tamaki team began with participation in the Moscow Open Championship in Culinary Arts and Service among juniors. The championship was held with the support of the capital's government and brought together 13 teams with participants from all over the country!
College and university students competed in the preparation of a national dinner for four people. The jury evaluated innovative methods in the cooking process and a conceptual approach to serving. In three hours, the contestants had to prepare three dishes: cold appetizer, hot and dessert.
And to defuse the tense atmosphere of the competition, singers and dancers performed throughout all three days of the championship, mini-competitions among bartenders and waiters, master classes from experienced chefs, and the Tamaki tasting area worked. We actively got to know the participants and presented the future chefs with products that professionals work on. One of them, an experienced chef Dmitry Tabakov, held a master class using Tamaki Sweet Chili sauce right at the championship.
The championship ended with the presentation of certificates and gifts from Tamaki to the participants and members of the jury. I am glad that there are more and more such events that increase the prestige of the cook's profession. And the participation of our team in them is a guarantee that everything will go well!
