We invite you to the most magical Tamaki community master class!

In many establishments, preparations are in full swing for a fabulous and long–awaited holiday - the New Year! And the chefs are developing the menu, choosing dishes with which they will surprise guests.

We couldn't stay away from the New Year's theme and decided to help the chefs, so we created our own festive menu, which we will present at the master class!

During the broadcast we will prepare 5 unusual and very tasty dishes from different countries of the world:

1. Peking duck breast.

2. Japanese tacos with mussel and grapefruit cake, shrimp and avocado.

3. Baked mussels.

4. Atlantic herring fillet with vegetables in different textures with mascarpone mousse and Japanese mayonnaise.

5. So co la bong with tangerines.
 

And we will also work out Tamaki hits: Unagi, Teriyaki, Sriracha sauces and three types of Wasabi.

We will tell you about the main rules to follow when choosing dishes. And we will show you ways to design classic dishes in a non-standard way, which guests always order on a festive night.

And at the end of the master class, according to tradition, we will answer your questions.
