Tamaki 's record

In Lytkarino near Moscow, employees of the Tamaki Group of Companies set a unique record. It became unusual for several reasons at once:

• for the first time in Russia, an exotic poke dish weighing 160 kilograms was prepared at once;
• we used the author's sauces at the same time;
• the cooking process has been turned into a real holiday!

To date, poker is not inferior in popularity to sushi and rolls. This light and healthy snack is liked not only by fans of fresh fish and rice, but also by adherents of a healthy diet for the beans and salad included in the composition.

Under the guidance of a professional chef, Tamaki took more than 54 kilograms of rice, 20 kilograms of salmon and as much as 12 kilograms of chuka salad to prepare poke! The commission of the Russian Book of Records officially recorded the weight, and the guests enjoyed the taste of the poke and the atmosphere of the holiday.

Such events not only contribute to the development of interest in Asian cuisine, but also expand the gastronomic horizons in general.
