The results of Tamaki's participation in the Peterfood-2025 exhibition
At the end of November, the 34th Peterfood International Food Exhibition, one of the key events in the Northwest food industry, came to an end. In 2025, the event attracted more than 8,500 industry professionals, and Tamaki became one of the most visited exhibitors.
Throughout the three days, our tasting stand consistently aroused the interest of guests and business representatives. We have presented a range of Tamaki sauces, emphasizing their taste features and ways of using them in restaurant and home recipes. Visitors especially noted such items as Lemongrass, Pineapple Chili, Mango Chili, Cucumber Burger and Nut Sauce. Industry professionals noted the versatility of flavors and ease of use in different categories of dishes.
Special recognition at the "Choice of Networks" competition
A significant result of the participation was the recognition of the sauce "Sour cream with mushrooms" Tamaki at the professional competition "Choice of networks". Experts — representatives of the largest retail companies — evaluate products that can organically develop the category and meet current customer needs.
The diploma awarded to our sauce reflects the attention from retailers and confirms that the product meets the professional expectations of the market. This recognition helps to better understand the needs of the industry and contributes to further product range design with a focus on the real demands of the networks.
New business contacts and cooperation development
Participation in Peterfood 2025 allowed Tamaki to expand its network of professional contacts among retail representatives and distributors. Positive feedback and constructive feedback have become an important guideline for us when planning the further development of the product line.
