Hiyashe Wakame from a company near Moscow became the "healthiest" salad at PRODEXPO

Tamaki Company took part in the annual international exhibition PRODEXPO 2024. The exhibition was held at the Moscow Expocenter and brought together over 2,500 participants - manufacturers of food, beverages and raw materials. This is reported by the press service of the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow region.

According to the results of the exhibition, the expert jury appreciated the high quality of the company's products and awarded awards in several categories at once. Tamaki burger sauce with cucumber received a gold medal in the nomination "Innovative product", in the nomination "Products for healthy lifestyle" experts awarded Hiyashe Wakame Tamaki Pro salad. And according to the results of the "Choice of Chains" competition, in which the winner was determined by representatives of retail chains, the company's Cheese Sauce became the winner.

The company's stand also hosted master classes from the brand chef on spectacular serving of dishes, tasting of new products from the sauce line and raffles of branded products.

"We participate in PRODEXPO every year and this year, thanks to the course on import substitution, according to my observations, a record number of exhibitors from Russia. What is especially pleasant for domestic producers is the appearance and expansion of the base of Russian ingredients. This will optimize logistics chains and reduce the cost of production," said Andrey Belyanin, Managing Partner of Tamaki.
